Lovely staff, we get the Christmas spirit every year we visit. Today when we reserved the tree the old gentleman handling the sales and wrapping was singing Christmas songs. Such a lovely atmosphere. We also enjoyed seeing the reindeer.

Great experience. First time visiting and will definitely visit every year. Staff are very nice and polite . It Feelt like Christmas wonderland surrounded with so many trees and lovely pine smell coming from the trees with beautiful views and animals on the farm and Santa's grotto and you can enjoy all of this with a hot drink from the caffe for a fair price!

On arrival we looked at the trees on offer and couldn't see anything we wanted so we looked in the plantation. When we found one we went to the manager to see if we could get what wanted. He said quite rudely that they weren't cutting anymore and we'd have to choose from what was already cut. Those trees were very poor so we left feeling very disappointed because on the web site it clearly states you can pick your own tree. Will definitely not be returning

My honest opinion is you would be better off going to Aldi or any other supermarket to get a tree because I got a way better quality tree for 17 quid than I paid 50 quid from here the year before

Choose from the freshly picked trees in the shed or go choose your own from the field. Hot drinks available for your wander & reindeers to see on site.

Unbelievable huge selection of lovely Christmas trees. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small coffee shop and real reindeers make this place more christmassy, especially for the children.

We have been buying our Christmas trees from here for over a decade. The trees, which ever variety we gave chosen, have last well into the twelfth night. They are a first class tree. The people who wrap the tree up & help you to your car are first class & very pleasant. The whole set up is Covid secure. They aren't the cheapest tree, but may well be the best!

It's a great place and clearly the place to go at peak times to enjoy the full experience. Unfortunately at 2pm on a Wednesday all we could do was purchase our tree. We did see the reindeer which was fab as they are beautiful but we were hoping to see Santa, have a hot chocolate and see some of the other animals. It is a working farm so we fully understand...it was just a shame! However the choice of trees is amazing and the quality is fab. It's all very organised and well presented. Noted for next time that evenings and weekends will be a more magical experience.
